poorest to access free and quality education.
Succesful applicants will have the oppourtunity of studying in both
nigeria and abroad free of charge.
Conditions for applying
The scholarship applicant must be a river state indigine and must be
less than 21 yrs of age.
The applicant must also have a minimum of five credits including
English and Maths in Waec/wassce.NECO is not accepted.
How to Apply for the scholarship
Application forms are available in all river state local government
and candidates are advised to make a photocopy of there filled
application and should also prepare for the apptitude test.The test
consist of 50 questions which are to be answered in 3o minutes.
Students who pass the oral test will be notified through an sms and
will be invited for the oral test.
The deadline for the application is April 30,2012
